Sisters Collective is a group of Women who wish to connect with each other and grow together in God - discovering all He intended them to be. The young are trained, the old are honored, the lost are reached, needs are met and shared.

(All women with an interest in impacting their community)

AAW meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 10am

Cost: $6.00 plus a ($5.00 per annum donation towards Overseas and Outreach Funds)

AAW starts with a short Service in the historic Chelsea Chapel. This is followed by refreshments in our Cedar Centre foyer and then either a speaker or activity. In addition, there are a few full or half day outings/events per year, two of the highlights being a picnic and swim visiting our AAW friends on Waiheke Island in February, and a regional day of fellowship and fun, put together by a number of neighbouring groups. This latter event often highlights our mission and social concerns aims. Our members have participated in many projects, including knitting for Romanian orphans (the Cover-Up Appeal), and supporting the Anglican Trust for Women and Children (Christmas Appeal). Funds are also gathered monthly to help Beach Haven School, as a result of our Trading table. Money as well as prayer is needed to strengthen the AAW 'backbone' at diocesan and national level. Therefore individual dues of $6.00 are levied to help fund the travel of our Diocesan and New Zealand presidents, plus a $5 p.a. donation to our Overseas and Outreach funds. In addition, we raise money throughout the year or more recently as part of an annual fair.
What next? If the above sounds like a new church interest for you, or if you're looking for new friends, then call our fellowship leader, Eileen Gribble 444 5060 or email the  church office here or simply come on Wednesdays to the St Peter's Chelsea Chapel
